     Listing owners are responsible for confirming that correct photos and information are appearing on their listings and to advise The Cattle Shop of errors and the corrections needed. The Cattle Shop is not responsible for unreported incorrect listing information, typos, or accidental errors appearing on listings. The Cattle Shop is not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail. The Cattle Shop does not guarantee any of the livestock, items, or services listed on this site. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the validity of all information about livestock, items, or services, prior to purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, buyers do not have to accept unmerchantable livestock.
This includes, but is not limited to lumps, cripples, bad eyes, chronics, crazy stock, and sick animals.

     Payment options on The Cattle Shop are limited to wire transfers. When a buyer desires to purchase livestock or services he/she will wire the amount to The Cattle Shop. The Cattle Shop will wait until the livestock/items have been loaded or services performed to pay the seller. The seller will have the option of a wire transfer or a business check from The Cattle Shop. If this is not suitable to the individual or business no business can be done. Let it be known that The Cattle Shop will still not be liable for any guarantees pertaining to the items sold or services rendered. The world is way different than way back when. This is the only way to ensure everybody receives either their money, items or services.

     Information such as photos and logos are easily downloaded from the Internet. The Cattle Shop is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, trade name, patent, or any other content, that is downloaded from our website and utilized in violation of local, state or federal laws.
